Follow these steps immediately if you experience a flat tire

Call Your Insurance
Contact your insurance provider's roadside assistance line first. They can arrange a tire swap or tow at no charge depending on your coverage. Have your policy number ready.

Call AR Rentals for Assistance
If your insurance cannot help or you need additional assistance, call us immediately. Do not attempt to drive on a flat tire — it can damage the rim and create a safety hazard.
Depending on your rental agreement and circumstances of the flat (road hazard vs. wear), you may be eligible for a replacement tire at no cost. AR Rentals will assess and advise you on next steps.
⚠️ Safety First: If you are on a highway or unsafe location, turn on hazard lights, stay in the vehicle, and call 911 if needed before calling insurance or AR Rentals.
